Allison has been with Ricciolo Salon for 15 years. Hair and the art behind it has always been her passion. In an ever changing business education has been her key to success. Traveling all over the map, Allison has attended the Matrix academy of New York, Bumble and Bumble academy of New York, Euphora academy in San Diego, and Kemon academy in Italy. To further enrich her career Allison became an educator for Bumble and Bumble, Kemon color and Moroccanoil style. She also runs an apprentice program and have educated 12 successful hairstylists.
